1 Choosing gemstones
Start by choosing beautiful gemstones. Many people are not aware of the range of cutting styles available. We will help you work out the perfect shape, style and gemstone size from our range in-store and master set.
We can show you similar gemstones in-store to help you select your preferred option before placing an order. Loose gemstones over AUD 5,000 come with a third party valuation.
2 Choosing settings
There are many different styles for holding rare gemstones in place with precious metals. You may have heard of the classics, such as the claw or the prong setting, however there is a much wider array available. Our in-house jewellery designer can help create a setting that enhances your chosen gemstones and honours your vision.
3 Choosing precious metals
As precious metals can vary in colour and durability it’s important to consider which metal is best for your chosen design. We can run you through the features of each to help with your selection.
We help design your dream jewellery piece
Once we've gathered all the information during the first consultation, we will sketch your design and present it to you at a later date.
After agreeing that we've captured your vision, we will then engage our trusted jewellers to create your piece. Most are based in Perth while some bespoke designs may require expertise from jewellers around Australia. Rest assured, your design is in trusted hands with all items made in Australia with gemstones sourced from Australian suppliers.
Expect to receive your dream, custom-made jewellery piece within six to 12 weeks. We will advise at the time of finalising your order how long it is likely to take.
Our favourite part is presenting you with your treasured bespoke jewellery piece. We also provide you with the final sketch and a valuation conducted by a third party valuer.
