• How do I become a VIP member of The Collectors Vault?

  To join The Collector Vault VIP Program, you must have an account. Once logged in, you can opt in to the program from my the My account page.  You can create an account online or contact our online orders and enquiries team and sign up over the phone.

• Is there a fee to join The Collector Vault?

  No. The Collector Vault is free to join.

• How do I gain access to the benefits associated with each tier?

  Tiers are determined by making eligible purchases of collector coins. There are five VIP status tiers in The Collector Vault, as set out in the following table:

• Will my membership tier update on my membership anniversary date, or when I reach the relevant tier spend?

  Customers VIP status tiers will be upgraded when the required spend has been made on eligible purchases of collector coins as defined in The Collector Vault VIP program terms and conditions.

• Do purchases made before the VIP program launched get taken into account?

  No. Purchases made prior to launch of The Collector Vault on 7 May 2024 do not get considered when calculating a VIP status tier.

• Does my VIP membership tier expire?

  Yes. Your VIP status tier will expire 365 days from when you attain it, unless you move to a higher tier or maintain spend for your current tier.

• How can I check my VIP status tier and spend balance?

  Your VIP status tier and spend required to achieve the next tier can be viewed by logging in to The Perth Mint website and going to ‘My account’ section of the website.

• What happens to my points if I return a purchase?

  Spend on returned purchases of eligible coins will be deducted once the returned order has been processed.

• How long does it take for spend to show up in my account after a purchase?

  Spend on eligible purchases should be applied to within a couple of hours but may in some instances take up to 24 hours.
