Diwali is a period of high demand for our gold products, this year from 29 October-1 November. Please note our onboarding processes for buying bullion.
Selling your gold: Wait times for selling us bullion, nuggets and gold jewellery may also be higher than usual. This service will be unavailable from 29-30 October.
Buy bullion in-store
As Dhanteras is one of our biggest trading days, we urge new bullion buyers to come in-store and open an account before 29 October. Please note:
- Customers must open an account in-store prior to buying bullion.
- While account openings are available during Diwali, we expect queues.
- Online accounts cannot be used in-store.
Buy bullion online
Online bullion buying is available for delivery or Click & Collect. Please note:
- An online account is required for purchasing.
- In-store accounts cannot be used online.
- Click & Collect orders must be placed by 14 October to guarantee collection during Diwali.
