Story

Western Australian history

Amongst the last sovereigns considered true circulation coins, with the global economic crisis engendered by World War I sounding the death knell for gold as a circulating medium, Australia's 1914 Sovereigns are extremely rare in the upper echelons of quality.

Struck at The Perth Mint and with a comparatively low mintage, the 1914 Sovereign is now available in lustrous Extremely Fine to about Uncirculated condition.
