Perth collector show

The Perth 2023 National Stamp Exhibition, held at Gloucester Park between 2 and 5 November 2023, is a free philatelic event for everyone interested in stamps, coins, and other collectables.

Coloured koala design

The Perth Mint’s show special portrays a koala climbing a eucalyptus tree with a ‘joey’ clinging to its back. Included in the design are the inscriptions ‘KOALA’ and The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark, as well as the coin’s weight, purity and year-date.

Memorial obverse

This coin portrays the official ‘Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Obverse’, featuring the Jody Clark effigy supplemented with the dates of Her Majesty’s reign – ‘1952 – 2022’.

Card packaging

This extremely limited release is packaged in an illustrated coloured card which also displays the event logo. On the back of the card is a fold-out stand for upright display.
