Year of the mouse design

The coin’s reverse depicts a coloured representation of a baby mouse eating cheese atop a beautifully wrapped present. The Chinese character for ‘mouse’, the inscription ‘Year of the Mouse’ and The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark are also incorporated into the design.
