Major road works impacting Hay Street

Access to The Perth Mint will be impacted by City of Perth roadworks until mid-2025 while Hay Street, East Perth is converted to a two-way street. While the City of Perth is working to minimise disruptions, we urge visitors to plan ahead as parking and access on Hay Street will be impacted.  

Temporary fencing has been installed outside the Mint and traffic has been reduced to one lane. This will NOT impact our opening hours. Entry remains via our front gate in Hay Street, despite the temporary fencing.  View opening hours here.

Delivery and collection processes

Restrictions on deliveries to unattended delivery locations

Orders from The Perth Mint can no longer be delivered to unattended delivery locations. For successful delivery, customers will need to have either a residential or commercial address. Unattended delivery locations include: PO boxes (of any type), parcel lockers, locked bags, private bags, common boxes, private posting boxes, combined box/locked bag services, roadside mailboxes.
