Click & Collect from The Perth Mint
Click & Collect is now available at The Perth Mint. This is a FREE service for all collector coins, bullion, jewellery and gift orders up to AUD 70,000. Customers can choose to pick up their online or phone orders from The Perth Mint Shop in Hay Street, East Perth.
You will receive a Ready for collection email when your order is ready. You can collect anytime during The Perth Mint Shop opening hours. We aim to have your Click & Collect order ready within a few business days.

Bring your ‘ready for collection’ email and photo ID to the Click & Collect counter at The Perth Mint Shop
Buying online
- View the item(s) you’d like to purchase online.
- Add the item(s) to your cart
- Select Click & Collect as the delivery method in the checkout
- You will receive an email confirming your order.
- You will receive a separate Ready for collection email when your order is ready for collection.
- Head to the Click & Collect counter in The Perth Mint Shop and present your Ready for collection
- You will be asked to show photographic ID and to sign a proof of receipt for your order.

Is Click & Collect available on all orders?
Click & Collect is available on all collector coins, bullion, jewellery and gift orders up to AUD 70,000. It is not available on any orders above AUD 70,000.

What payment methods can I use for Click & Collect?
The following payment methods are available for Click & Collect:
- Credit Card*
- PayPal**
- BPay
- Electronic funds transfer.

*Bullion purchases on credit card are limited to AUD 5,000 inclusive of a 1.9% credit card surcharge.

When can I pick up my Click & Collect order?
Once you have received your Ready for Collection email you can pick up your order anytime during The Perth Mint Shop opening hours.
The Perth Mint is located at 310 Hay Street, East Perth. Just following the signs for Click & Collect when you arrive.

Do I need ID when picking up my item?
Yes. You will need to show photographic ID when picking up your order along with your Ready for collection email. You will also need to sign a proof of receipt. We accept the following photographic ID:
- Passport – Australian or foreign – with photograph and signature
- Driver’s licence – Australian or foreign – with photograph
- National identity card, foreign, with a photograph and signature

How will heavy items be packed for Click & Collect?
Each parcel in your order will have a maximum weight of 10kg. If the total weight of your order exceeds 10kg, you will have more than one parcel to collect.
Please make sure you are prepared to safely transport your order once you have collected it. You can check the dimension and the weight on the product page prior to placing your order.

Can I change or add to my order when I am collecting it?
No. You cannot change an order once it is placed online or over the phone, but you can buy additional items in The Perth Mint Shop at the time of your visit.

Can I cancel a Click & Collect order?
Orders for collector coins, jewellery and gifts can be cancelled by contacting our Customer Care Team.
Bullion orders cannot be cancelled.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Orders for collector coins, jewellery and gifts can be collected by someone else on your behalf. Prior to collection we will require an email from you detailing the name of the person collecting your order. Please contact our Customer Care Team to arrange this.
The person collecting will need to bring a copy of the Ready for collection email, the email from you detailing that they are collecting the order on your behalf and photographic ID matching the name approved for collection.
Unfortunately, Click & Collect orders containing bullion cannot be collected by someone else on your behalf.

How long will you hold my Click & Collect order?
Your order will be held for 14 days from the time you receive your Ready for collection email.
Uncollected orders containing bullion items will be dispatched to your address at a cost to you and with non-optional insurance applied at the rate of 1.1% of the value of the shipped product. Full details of shipping and delivery costs can be found here on the Shipping and delivery page.
Uncollected orders that do not contain bullion will be cancelled and the purchase will be refunded back to the original payment method.
If you can’t collect your order in time, please contact our Customer Care Team to make alternative arrangements.

Can I return a Click & Collect order?
Orders for collector coins, jewellery and gifts can be returned at the point of collection if:
- you are not completely satisfied
- have received the wrong goods
- the goods are damaged.
Orders containing bullion and loose diamonds cannot be returned.

Where can I park to collect my order?
Street parking is available in the streets surrounding The Perth Mint with fees payable at certain times. Please note there is no dedicated Click & Collect parking and we do not deliver items to your car.
Disabled parking is available in Hay Street, east side of the main entry gate to The Perth Mint.
